  1. The number of user logins you need, also referred to as ‘seats’
  2. The number of customer interactions you have (through web self-service, voice self-service, email marketing, surveys, etc)
  3. The services needed to get you successfully implemented


Our on demand CX software delivery model, also known as ‘software-as-a-service’ typically reduces the total cost of ownership by up to 80 percent, and our average implementation time is 45 days.

Because all of our clients’ needs are different, the best way to get an exact price is to give us a call. This allows us to make sure that the right elements are included for you to accomplish your objective.
